Nexthink is seeking a Business Systems & AI Architect to reimagine Nexthink’s internal tech landscape and evolve it with AI capabilities. You will challenge current architectures, design scalable data platforms, and drive a cohesive SaaS stack with AI integration across the organization.

In this role you will partner with business, IT, and AI teams to create a data-driven operating model, establish data governance, and enable real-time decision making through AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proven experience designing or implementing a data warehouse / modern data platform.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML ecosystems and enterprise AI tools (Azure AI, Copilot, LLM-based agents).
• Proven experience simplifying or transforming complex tech stacks.
• Solid expertise in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware (Mulesoft or equivalent).
• Experience with identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, Conditional Access).
• Strong grasp of security and compliance principles.

• Data Platform & Warehouse Strategy: define scalable data platform and data warehouse approach.
• AI-Driven Innovation: identify AI use cases and embed AI into workflows and copilots.
• Integration & Platform Thinking: design scalable integration patterns and APIs across layers.
• Business Partnership & Discovery: engage stakeholders and translate challenges into designs.
