Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Manager Data to oversee two data teams, driving analytics strategy for product and business. You will ensure consistent processes, mentor team leads, and align multi-team initiatives with Deel's objectives.

You will partner with product, engineering and finance to translate data into actionable insights, manage cross-team dependencies, and advocate data initiatives that enable faster, more informed decision making at Deel.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills—able to coach multiple teams and leaders.
• Excellent communication across teams and with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and managing complex multi-team projects.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Broad understanding of business strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of two data teams with aligned goals.
