Deel is seeking a senior data analytics engineer to design and maintain data models, manage end-to-end data pipelines, and build robust BI dashboards using Looker or Tableau. You will enhance data quality and collaborate across analytics teams to ensure consistent metrics.

The role requires deep SQL proficiency, experience with dbt, and Python for automation. Strong communication and multi-project delivery are essential in a global org with flexible work options.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Math, Physics).
• At least 6 years in data analytics engineering or BI development.
• Strong SQL and data modeling with dbt.
• Experience building dashboards (Looker/Tableau or similar).
• Python or similar language for data processing/automation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple data projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data models (e.g., in dbt).
• Manage end-to-end data pipelines from extraction to loading.
• Write complex SQL and macros to transform data efficiently.
• Incorporate data quality checks and cleansing routines.
• Collaborate with analysts and analytics engineers for consistency.
• Lead portions of meetings or share analytics workflow improvements.
