Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to serve as the linchpin of customer engagements in the Iberia region. You will deliver virtual and in-person technical demonstrations, deploy proof-of-value installations, and lead POV-based training sessions for prospects and customers.

You will collaborate with Sales AE's/RSM's and marketing teams, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and delivering compelling documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical positions (SE/Pre-Sales/Solutions Architect) ideally for a Cyber Security vendor.
• 5+ years experience in customer-facing or customer support roles.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Track record of owning complex initiatives and delivering outcomes.
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Address customer needs with clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver impact and strengthen the team.
• Develop prospect-facing documentation.
• Travel up to 40% of the time (varies by region).
