dsm-firmenich in Barcelona (Spain) or Grasse or Dax (France) is seeking a Senior Specialist CX to support order-to-cash processes, maintain customer data and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

You will monitor KPIs, provide regular reports, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement while working in a bilingual environment with English as a primary language and optional French. This is a permanent contract with day shifts.

Formación

• Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
• Advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
• Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
• Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
• Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage daily escalations & issues.
• Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.
