Axalta in Asturias, Spain seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to act as the primary interface for customers, distributors and internal teams. The role handles orders, lead times, and returns while ensuring compliance with SOX and ISO requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus. Proficient SAP, Word and Excel users who can thrive under pressure will excel in this international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders and sample requests.
• Monitors orders, product availability and lead times to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinates with sales, back office and customers to fulfill requirements and understand market needs.
• Handles credit-related issues and invoice adjustments when requested.
• Adheres to company procedures and compliance policies; processes complaints and returns.
