dsm-firmenich in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Specialist CX to support order-to-cash, manage customer requirements, and strengthen relationships with key clients. You will collaborate with internal teams across functions and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, advanced English, SAP knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset within a sustainability-driven culture.

Formación

• Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
• Advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
• Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
• Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
• Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage daily escalations & issues.
• Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.

Senior Specialist CX (M/F/D)

City, Country: This position can be performed from Barcelona (Spain) or Grasse (France) or Dax (France)

Work Schedule: Day shift

Term: Permanent contract

With a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.

You bring
