Job summary

GEODIS Bilbao is seeking a Customer Service Project Logistics specialist (M/F) to manage after-sales services and guarantee customer satisfaction according to commercial commitments.

You will respond to information requests related to off-site deliveries and collections, inform clients about deliveries and incidents, process credits and refunds, advise on collection conditions, delivery times, taxation, handling, and storage, and maintain client data and reports.

Qualifications

• High/secondary school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales services to guarantee customer satisfaction according to commercial commitments.
• Respond accurately to requests for information relating to off-site deliveries and collections.
• Inform clients on their deliveries or incidents to guarantee satisfaction.
• Record requests for credits and refunds.
• Advise customers on collection conditions, delivery times, taxation, handling and storage.
• Identify customer needs and assist sales teams with information and product guidance.
• Maintain client databases and produce reports within the contractual framework.
