Qualifications

• Leadership of the accounting team and scheduling to ensure service continuity.
• Strong analytical skills to review financial data and identify trends, discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, tax returns and management reports.
• Ability to implement accounting policies, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payments collection and risk identification.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and provide management with financial insights and trends.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and improvements to processes.
