Job summary

GEODIS, Bilbao, seeks a Sales Support Admin Officer to ensure the efficiency of a team of external sales staff by handling administrative workloads and enabling more time with customers.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders and customers, support quotations, CRM data maintenance, and the preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports, while upholding GEODIS brand ambassadorship across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• 100% working time as stated in the job ad.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative activities for the sales team.
• Assist with quotations, credit applications, appointments, presentations, inquiries and complaints in CRM.
• Assist sales reps with personal administration, expenses and reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly sales reports.
• Collect data and maintain databases.
• Assist with RFIs and RFQs when needed.
• Share qualified sales leads with the network.
• Manage internal and external communications.
