ZEAL Network SE is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM) to define and execute our CRM strategy across Email, SMS, Web Push and App Notifications. You will design campaigns, optimize journeys and oversee data-driven improvements.

Lead with advanced SQL, HTML/CSS, and Excel to manage segmentation, templates and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model in Madrid with a dynamic e-commerce culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing CRM online.
• Advanced SQL, HTML and CSS skills.

• Experience handling large databases, segmentation and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and optimize automated email marketing campaigns with SQL-based segmentation.
• Design, layout and optimize newsletters using HTML/CSS for responsive emails.
• Develop and maintain automated database processes including SQL-based loading and syncing workflows.
• Plan and execute customer journeys, audience segments and A/B tests to improve performance.
• Monitor CRM campaigns and report results for ongoing optimization.
• Support promotional offers and campaigns through CRM channels.

The Role

We are looking for a technical Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM) (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department. The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.

Your Tasks

• Creation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and audience selection to improve engagement and conversion.
• Creation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and compatibility across major email clients.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based data loading and system synchronization workflows.
• Execution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of briefings and copy, the development of HTML-based email templates, the setup of customer journeys, the definition of audience segments, and the planning and execution of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitoring, testing, and performance reporting of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous optimization and improved results.
• Contribute to the definition of promotional offers and campaigns, supporting their implementation and communication through CRM channels to maximize engagement and conversion.

What You Offer

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing CRM online.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategy development and innovative ideas.
• Experience in managing large databases, including data organization, segmentation, data quality control, and the efficient handling of large volumes of customer information to support CRM campaigns and marketing automation processes.
• Professional level management of Excel and internal tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack…
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish.
• Nice to have: Experience working with Python.
