Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is a leading international online lottery group seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM) to drive CRM strategy across Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications in a hybrid Madrid-based role. You will design, implement, and optimize multichannel campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and HTML/CSS templates to maximize engagement and conversions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRM, strong data analytics, and proficiency in English and Spanish, with bonus

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
At least 5 years’ experience in managing CRM online.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience managing large databases with segmentation and data quality control.
Proficient with Excel and internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
Nice to have: Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns using SQL-based segmentation.
Design and optimize newsletters with HTML/CSS for cross-client compatibility.
Maintain automated database processes and data loading workflows.
Develop and monitor CRM campaigns; prepare briefings and copy; set up customer journeys and A/B tests.
Monitor performance, report results, and optimize campaigns.
Contribute to promotional offers and campaigns across CRM channels.
