Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking a technical Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM) to drive CRM strategy, plan campaigns, and optimize results across Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications. You will design and manage customer journeys, segments, and A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions.

The role requires advanced SQL, HTML/CSS skills, 5+ years CRM experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work setup in Spain is offered with a monthly remote allowance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS for email campaigns.
• 5+ years' experience in managing CRM online.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Experience handling large databases, data quality control and segmentation.
• Proficient with Excel and internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Python experience is a plus.

The role:

We are looking for a technical Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM) (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department. The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.

Your tasks:

• Creation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and audience selection to improve engagement and conversion.
• Creation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and compatibility across major email clients.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based data loading and system synchronization workflows.
• Execution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of briefings and copy, the development of HTML-based email templates, the setup of customer journeys, the definition of audience segments, and the planning and execution of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitoring, testing, and performance reporting of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous optimization and improved results.
• Contribute to the definition of promotional offers and campaigns, supporting their implementation and communication through CRM channels to maximize engagement and conversion.
