IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Statistics and Psychometrics to lead analyses of COA/PRO data, shaping study conclusions and client communications. This remote role supports global projects across therapy areas and regulatory submissions.

You will drive analysis plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the development of evidence for decision making and publication.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant pharma/biotech/consulting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I‑IV trials.
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, output specifications, and reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly for internal teams and clients to support decision-making.
• Contribute to regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
