IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Statistics and Psychometrics to lead analyses for COA/PRO data across clinical development, regulatory submissions, and scientific dissemination. This remote role offers exposure to diverse therapeutic areas and opportunities to influence decision-making with robust statistical work.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting environment.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV trials (multivariate, regression, logistic, survival, mixed models).
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, collaborative working style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity with high-quality, timely delivery.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, specifications, and reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data and interpret results for clients and internal teams.
• Assist in regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation and support endpoint strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building.
