IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant for Statistics and Psychometrics to lead or support analyses of COA/PRO data. This remote role involves planning, executing, interpreting, and communicating results to clients, with a focus on regulatory-relevant evidence and scientific rigor.

You will develop analysis plans, apply advanced methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented; able to work in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, output specifications, programming requirements, statistical outputs, and technical reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly and credibly for internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation and scientific communication.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams; contribute to proposals and business development.
• Assist in managing the scope, objectives, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability building.
