IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Statistics and Psychometrics (Remote). You will lead or support statistical analyses for COA/PRO data, shaping analysis plans, execution, interpretation, and client communications to deliver scientifically sound, regulatory-relevant evidence.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and help shape endpoint strategies while collaborating with a global team across multiple therapeutic areas. This role is remote and not UK visa sponsor eligible.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV trials (multivariate, regression, logistic, survival, mixed models).
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity with high-quality delivery.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, programming requirements, statistical outputs, and reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly for internal teams and clients and explain methodological choices for decision-making.
• Support regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation, including endpoint strategy and scientific communication.
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams; contribute to proposals and BD activities.
• Assist in managing the scope, timelines, and quality of deliverables for the analysis workstream.
• Mentor junior members and contribute to team capability building and process improvement.
