IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Statistics and Psychometrics to lead or support statistical analyses for COA/PRO data across clinical development and regulatory submissions. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis planning, execution, and clear communication to clients.

You will work with a global team to deliver scientifically sound results, contribute to endpoint strategy, and help prepare technical reports and regulatory-ready outputs.

Formación

• Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I‑IV clinical trials (multivariate, regression, logistic, survival, mixed models).
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scientifically sound delivery.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, output specifications, programming requirements, statistical outputs, and technical reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly for internal teams and clients, supporting decision-making.
