IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant, Statistics and Psychometrics to lead and support analyses of COA/PRO data across projects. You will shape analysis plans, produce outputs, and communicate methods and results to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes advanced statistical methods, cross-functional collaboration, and contributions to regulatory and payer evidence generation. This is a remote, full-time position with global project exposure.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, healthcare, or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I–IV trials (multivariate, regression, survival, mixed models).
• Familiarity with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support statistical analyses for COA/PRO data projects.
• Develop analysis plans, output shells, programming requirements, and clinical reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data.
• Interpret results clearly for internal teams and clients and justify methods.
• Contribute to regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation and endpoint strategy.
• Build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams; assist in proposals and BD activities.
• Assist in managing scope, timelines, and deliverables for the quantitative workstream.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training and process improvement.
