IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant in Statistics and Psychometrics to lead or support statistical analyses for COA/PRO data, contributing to planning, execution, interpretation, reporting, and client communication. The role emphasizes rigorous, regulatory-relevant evidence generation and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior members, contribute to proposals, and help shape endpoint strategies and scientific communications in a global, remote-ready environment.

Formación

• Master's/PhD in biostatistics, psychometrics, outcomes research or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO/healthcare/consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV trials.
• Proficiency with SAS and/or R.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quantitative analysis workstream for projects of moderate complexity with high-quality, timely delivery.
• Develop and review analysis plans, output shells, output specifications, programming requirements, statistical outputs, and technical reports.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to COA/PRO data and interpret results for clients and internal teams.
• Communicate methodological choices clearly to support decision-making and regulatory alignment.
• Support regulatory- and payer-relevant evidence generation, including endpoint strategy and scientific communication.
• Build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams; contribute to proposals and business development.
• Assist in managing the scope of the quantitative workstream, including objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and help build team capabilities and processes.
