Job summary

Ethos is looking for experienced compliance officers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on regulatory filings, policy drafting, and control-testing documentation, with broad work across AI governance and regulator communications.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and a compensation rate of $100/hour, starting ASAP. Prior regulatory experience in financial services is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI models by evaluating and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as regulatory filing and disclosure review, policy drafting, and control-testing documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence and board risk committee materials.
• Support AI governance memos and risk memos related to model risk and compliance.
