Ethos is seeking experienced government affairs managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as policy memos, interagency coordination, and grant reporting.

With 5+ years in public administration, you will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials, maintain high writing quality, and support budget narratives, all on a fully remote basis. Compensation is $70/hour, 5–20 hours weekly, start ASAP.

Formación

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated government documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce policy briefing memos for agency leadership and interagency coordination.
• Prepare grant compliance packages and reporting narratives.
• Compile constituent correspondence and case management logs, and draft appropriations narratives for agency budgets.
