Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced regulatory affairs managers to help train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will handle regulatory filings, policy drafting, and governance memos, with a focus on accuracy and detail.

The role is remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $100 per hour. Prior 5+ years in financial services compliance or risk management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated regulatory documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Regulatory-filing and disclosure review, AI and model-risk governance memos, compliance-policy drafting, control-testing documentation, regulator correspondence, and board risk committee materials.
