TGI Life Sciences Limited, a fast-growing European CDMO, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue and build a robust European territory.

This highly commercial, client-facing role involves identifying new biotech and pharmaceutical customers, developing partnerships, and managing an active opportunity pipeline.

Candidates with a strong CDMO/CRO background, peptides or APIs experience, and a solid grounding in drug development and CMC will fit best.

Formación

• Proven track record in CDMO/CRO/pharma services business development.
• Experience within peptides and/or APIs is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of drug development, CMC and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Scientific background in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategy across the assigned European territory.
• Identify, engage and develop new biotech and pharmaceutical customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
• Generate and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline, from initial engagement through proposal and contract discussions.
• Take ownership of revenue targets and commercial growth within the territory.
• Work closely with internal technical, R&D, operations and quoting teams to support customer projects.
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences, partnering events and customer meetings across Europe.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support commercial and strategic planning.
