IQVIA is seeking a driven BD leader for the Biotech sector in Europe to drive sales and manage key client relationships. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and lead cross-functional collaboration to close high-value deals across IQVIA’s clinical solution portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CRO/pharma/biotech, deep knowledge of the European biotech market, and proven ability to engage C‑Suite executives.

Formación

• 10+ years of related experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• At least 8 years’ experience in BD roles in CRO environment.
• Understanding of clinical process PH I–IV.
• Biotech market knowledge in Europe.
• Established network within European biotech market is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and analytical ability.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and account management activities across the biotech sector in Europe.
• Manage relationships at all levels within client organizations, including C‑Suite and senior executives.
• Develop robust account strategies and drive execution to expand IQVIA’s clinical solution portfolio.
• Sell and close deals of significant size, leveraging internal capabilities and an integrated sales approach.
