Manychat is seeking a Product Manager for Engagement to own the Billing roadmap, pricing, and subscription lifecycle. You will drive experiments and pricing models across Automations, Inbox, and AI to maximize retention and monetization.

You will collaborate with Growth, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to rollout simulations, migrations, and international releases, shaping a scalable billing experience for a global user base.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in billing, subscriptions, pricing/packaging, tax.
• Ambitious, cross-functional initiatives; quantify feedback to challenge assumptions.
• Deep knowledge of product-led growth motions and intersection with sales-led growth.
• Design personalized user journeys and cross-feature experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Billing roadmap including pricing, packaging, lifecycle and refunds end-to-end.
• Shape and implement pricing and packaging strategy: tiering and overage rules.
• Own the subscription lifecycle from trials to cancellations and downgrades.
• Envision checkout experience and post-purchase billing UI as first-class surfaces.
• Build strong partnership with Growth; align Billing with Growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Support, GTM, Marketing to streamline deployments.
• Lead migrations and launches with revenue and trust considerations.
• Track market signals and competitor pricing to inform the roadmap.
• Create ownership model and docs so Billing is clear to Eng and Growth.
