Manychat is seeking a Product Manager for Engagement to shape how users explore, adopt, and benefit from the platform’s engagement features. You will own billing, pricing, and packaging decisions across subscriptions, guiding the checkout and post-purchase experience while partnering with Growth, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to drive revenue and user love.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, design personalized user journeys, and measure key metrics like conversion and churn.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience hands-on in billing, subscriptions, pricing/packaging, tax.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional, high-stakes initiatives end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of product-led growth motions and intersection with sales-led growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Billing roadmap — pricing mechanics, packaging, subscription lifecycle, and refunds end-to-end.
• Shape and implement pricing and packaging strategy: plan usage-based tiers, overage rules, and evolution as products grow.
• Own the subscription lifecycle — trials, upgrades, downgrades, migrations, cancellations, dunning, coupons.
• Envision and own the checkout experience and post-purchase billing UI as first-class surfaces.
• Build a strong partnership with Growth to delineate ownership where Billing meets Growth.
