Manychat, a leading chat marketing platform, seeks a senior billing-focused engineer to own the end-to-end billing and accounts domain. You will lead a small but growing team through major pricing migrations while guiding architectural choices that scale with revenue across 170+ countries.

You will collaborate closely with Product and Finance to align tax/compliance initiatives and raise the bar on billing design, reliability, and performance.

Formación

• Hands-on billing/payments systems experience in a SaaS context.
• Experience leading engineers and shaping a domain at scale.
• Strong architectural judgment and risk mitigation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the billing and accounts domain end to end for a global platform.
• Lead and grow a 5-6 engineer team with clear structure for processing, billing, pricing.
• Deliver the billing roadmap and migrate pricing models.
• Introduce proven payments patterns and raise billing design standards.
• Guide architectural decisions with the engineering team to reduce risks.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance on tax and compliance.
• Foster transparent, healthy engineering practices and ownership.
• Prepare domain for launches of new products and ventures built on billing.
