Manychat is seeking a Product Manager for Engagement to own the Billing and subscription experience within a leading Instagram-first social CRM. You will shape pricing, packaging, the checkout, and post-purchase flows, driving retention and long-term product love across Automations, Inbox, and AI.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver scalable, customer-centric experiences and high-impact migrations and launches.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in billing, subscriptions, pricing/packaging, tax.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with quantitative/qualitative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of product-led growth motions and sales-led growth understanding.
• Experience designing personalized user journeys and cross-feature experiences.
• Ability to execute fast, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align teams around a clear vision.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Billing roadmap — pricing mechanics, packaging, subscription lifecycle, and refunds end-to-end.
• Shape and implement pricing and packaging strategy: plan usage-based tiers, overage rules, and evolution with product.
• Own the subscription lifecycle — trials, upgrades, downgrades, migrations, cancellations, dunning, coupons.
• Envision and own the checkout experience and post-purchase billing UI (billing settings, invoices, plan management).
• Build a strong partnership with Growth — clear ownership boundaries where Billing meets Growth.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Go to Market, Marketing to streamline deployments.
• Lead migrations and launches with revenue risk considerations and new-market rollouts.
• Track competitor pricing and market conditions and inform the roadmap.
• Create ownership model and docs for Billing as the org scales.
• Own and measure metrics like conversion, churn, contact rate, costs.
