Job summary

Clio is seeking an experienced Billing Lead to own the end-to-end billing cycle across multiple entities. You will manage invoicing, collections (SEPA and credit cards), tax compliance with SII submissions, and ensure accurate data in NetSuite.

The role involves process improvement, automation, and collaboration with Sales, Support and Finance teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in billing/finance ops, NetSuite experience, knowledge of Spanish VAT and e-invoicing, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or finance operations.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Spanish VAT, SII and e-invoicing regulations.
• Experience with SaaS systems and payment reconciliation tools.
• Advanced English (C1), spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s billing process end to end across subsidiaries.
• Review and approve orders and manage invoicing, collections and tax compliance.
• Record and verify data in NetSuite to keep it accurate.
• Design, run, and reconcile SEPA direct debit batches, and manage mandates.
• Submit records to the SII within the 4-day deadline.
• Month-end close coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement automation and AI tools for billing tasks.
