Clio in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Billing Operations professional to own end-to-end billing across multiple entities, including invoicing, SEPA direct debits, and tax compliance through SII submissions. You will lead improvements, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to confirm terms and pricing.

The role requires 5+ years in billing/finance operations, NetSuite experience, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or finance operations.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Spanish VAT, SII and e-invoicing regulations.
• Experience with SaaS systems and payment reconciliation tools.
• Advanced English (C1), spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Own the billing cycle for multiple legal entities, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.
• Review and approve orders according to internal procedures, and set review criteria for special cases.
• Record, update and verify data in NetSuite to keep records accurate and complete.
• Design, run and reconcile SEPA direct debit batches and manage credit card payments.
• Submit records to the SII within deadlines and apply VAT and e-invoicing regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to confirm terms and pricing.
