You thrive in distributed systems, apply AI-assisted development, focus on data consistency, idempotency, and fault tolerance, while mentoring engineers and upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing production-grade applications.
• Experience with Node.js is a plus.
• Deep understanding of race conditions, eventual consistency, idempotency, and message brokers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build resilient backend services for high-volume traffic with data consistency and reliability.
• Evolve distributed architectures into scalable, event-driven systems for global needs.
• Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, acceptance) and conduct load/ performance simulations.
• Ensure observability and monitor service health in production; identify bottlenecks and anomalies.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and documenting standards.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and improve team efficiency.
