Pluxee invites a Senior Product Engineer to own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll work in one core domain and shape how Cobee by Pluxee delivers employee benefits and compensation.

This role emphasizes scalable, resilient systems, deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a growth mindset. You will write robust tests, participate in code reviews, and help evolve distributed architectures to support millions of interactions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade applications, full-stack or across layers.
• Distributed Systems Mastery with understanding of race conditions, eventual consistency and idempotency.
• Experience with payments/financial systems, gateways, or reconciliation processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-concurrency environments.
• Proactive with automated testing and observability practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from design to UI, backend, and observability.
• Design for resilience and scale, evolving architectures toward distributed, event-driven models.
• Collaborate across backend/frontend teams and AI tooling to accelerate delivery.
• Champion automated testing (unit/integration/e2e) and performance simulations.
• Maintain high data integrity and system reliability with strong code reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the squad.
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve development speed and quality.
