bsport is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Financial Services team and craft a scalable payment and invoicing engine for clients worldwide. You will lead feature design, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with Data, Product, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-availability services.

You will mentor peers, implement best practices for testing, CI/CD, and observability, and help expand bsport's financial offerings across geographies with diverse client profiles.

Formación

• Experience in a compliance-heavy industry such as accounting, payments or health-tech.
• Experience at scale, serving millions of users.
• Experience integrating multiple payment providers.
• Preference for domain-driven development with practical trade-offs.
• Fluent English communication and strong ownership.
• Ability to lead and mentor other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of complex features and event-driven architectures for high-volume data.
• Write robust, efficient code and uphold CI/CD and testing standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate with Data, Product and DevOps to deploy innovative solutions.
• Monitor and improve backend performance using observability tools.
