Pluxee España SAU in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Engineer who will own features end-to-end—from backend services to the UI—and contribute to AI-assisted workflows that accelerate development.

You will work across core domains (Benefits, Payments, Leaders, Managers App) to design resilient, scalable systems, champion testing, observability, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on product or platform development experience.
• Full-stack capabilities across backend and frontend.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of data consistency and system reliability.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from design to UI and observability.
• Design for resilience at scale and high-volume traffic.
• Evolve distributed architectures toward event-driven patterns.
• Maintain high accuracy in benefits and payments with automated testing.
• Monitor service health with observability tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and standardize engineering approaches.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate development.
