Elastic is building high-performing backend ingestion pipelines for observability data. You will design, implement and operate scalable features across mOTLP endpoints and agentless integrations, supporting cloud providers and edge sources.

You will own projects from concept to delivery, mentor peers, and participate in on-call rotations to keep systems healthy. A strong focus on reliability, security and performance is essential.

Formación

• Strong Go programming experience and ability to ship reliable backend services.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive solutions independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, deploy and maintain high-performing, scalable backend features across Elastic Streams.
• Own projects from concept to delivery and mentor peers through code reviews.
• Provide on-call rotation support and ensure system reliability and performance.
