Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to join an international technology team focused on improving visibility, reliability and operational intelligence across a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will design and evolve a visibility platform, integrate AI-driven monitoring, and collaborate across global teams to reduce incidents and accelerate delivery through automation, CI/CD, and modern tooling such as Grafana, ELK, Splunk and Dynatrace.

Formación

• 5+ years working within enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and distributed systems.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, performance analysis or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with source code repositories and modern delivery pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Translating business and technical requirements into meaningful monitoring and analytics solutions.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in building and evolving a visibility platform that enables engineering and operations teams to better understand system performance, detect anomalies faster and proactively address issues before they impact users.
