bsport is an all-in-one platform for boutique fitness and technology. We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer in the Community & Engagement team to build scalable backend systems for marketing, communications and member data across thousands of studios worldwide.

You will own complex backend projects, contribute to re-architecture, and collaborate with Product and Front-end teams to deliver robust technical solutions. English proficiency is required for this global role.

Formación

• Experience in OO backend languages.
• Experience designing scalable backends and APIs.
• Strong ownership, product focus, and communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems powering marketing and data products.
• Own complex technical projects from architecture to deployment and improvement.
• Contribute to re-architecture of core backend functionalities.
• Collaborate with Product and Front-end Engineers to turn requirements into solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices.
• Mentor other engineers and shape the team's technical direction.
