UST is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer for the Client Lifecycle Management system in Madrid. The role focuses on Level 3 support, incident management, and root-cause analysis to ensure high availability.

You'll troubleshoot with SQL/PLSQL, have Java basics, and perform Linux/Unix tasks within an agile environment, collaborating with users and IT stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven Level 3 application support experience in an agile setup.
• Strong DB troubleshooting with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Banking domain knowledge in CRM, account opening and compliance.
• Basic Java understanding for troubleshooting.
• Solid Linux/Unix administration and log analysis.
• Experience with Release and Product Lifecycle Management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 support, manage incidents and problems.
• Maintain and optimize the Client Lifecycle Management system.

What we look for?

As a Senior Application Support Engineer for the bank s Client Lifecycle Management system, you will be the key expert for Level 3 application support, ensuring consistent and accurate service delivery.

Your focus is on maintaining and optimizing the solution, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring operational readiness.

You will work in an agile organization, supporting multi-tier applications and performing root cause analysis. This requires strong experience with database concepts (PL/SQL, SQL) for troubleshooting, as well as basic Java understanding and Linux/Unix administration skills for tasks such as navigating file systems, analyzing logs, and managing configurations.

You will collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.

• Proven experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization
• Strong understanding of database development concepts (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for troubleshooting
• Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance is must
• Basic Java knowledge for application-level analysis
• Solid Linux/Unix administration skills for operational tasks (logs, scripts, navigation)
• Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management
• Familiarity with operating standard software and parameterization
