Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect based in Spain. This senior, customer-facing role focuses on moving enterprise AI voice solutions from architecture through production, across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on practical execution and operational excellence.

You’ll own post-sales technical engagements, design reference architectures, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations to translate customer

Formación

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar customer-facing role.
• Production-grade software experience in Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of secure network design and APIs.
• Proven ability to own complex post-sales initiatives and deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, enterprise security reviews.
• Experience with speech tech or LLMs is valued.
• Fluency in another European language is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise deployments for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agents.
• Own post-sales technical success for EMEA customers, enabling integrations and production deployments.
• Act as Tier-3 escalation, perform root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Design reference architectures and repeatable patterns for contact centers and voice analytics.
• Build samples, scripts, tools, and assets to ease customer implementations.
• Support pre-sales discovery and PoCs with measurable success criteria.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed feedback and roadmap.
• Develop runbooks, playbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
• Participate in regional on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, Americas, APAC.
• Travel 10–20% within the region for milestones.
