Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Madrid or Barcelona is seeking an AI Manager to drive AI initiatives that create value, optimize efficiency and enhance customer experience. You will work across engineering and business teams to discover, design, and deploy end-to-end use cases.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with LLMs and ML, governance of quality and risks, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years in consulting or data/AI roles.
• Hands-on experience developing with LLMs and/or applied ML.
• Generative AI: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, LLM evaluation (fidelity, groundedness, safety).
• Classical ML (when applicable): classification, regression, time series.
• Business-facing mindset: translate business processes into AI designs.
• Excellent communication skills (storytelling, demos) and stakeholder management.
• Professional level of English (interaction with international teams).

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Value Case: Identify business problems, prioritize use cases, and estimate value (impact, ROI, time-to-value).
• Solution Design: Select appropriate approaches (LLMs, RAG, classification/generation, NLP/vision). Define data pipelines and target architectures (cloud-first preferred).
• Build & Delivery: Lead hands-on development (PoC → MVP → production). Govern quality and risks (bias, privacy, security, guardrails).
• Industrialization: Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices (prompt and model versioning, evaluation, monitoring, A/B testing, security).
• Stakeholder Management: Align with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and manage expectations.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate consultants and engineers, provide mentoring, and foster continuous learning.
• Go-to-Market: Prepare demos and proposals, and participate in client forums.
