N-iX, a global software development service company, is seeking a senior, hands-on Technical Product Manager to help define and pilot an AI-enabled product-development methodology across Product and UX teams in Europe and Canada.

This individual contributor role emphasizes practical AI adoption and strong product judgment, not just tools. The role focuses on transforming how Product, UX and Engineering collaborate throughout the product-development lifecycle.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar transformation role.
• Strong product leadership with ability to connect customer value to technical possibilities.
• Experience driving AI adoption and product operating-model transformation across teams.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI, LLM-based tools, copilots or workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion a vision for an AI-enabled Product and UX organization and translate it into a transformation plan.
• Design, test and roll out AI-enabled workflows across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Establish practical workflows where Product Managers leverage AI tools to craft requirements and UX teams prototype faster.
• Partner with pilot teams to identify high-value use cases and validate value through iteration.
• Turn proven approaches into scalable playbooks, governance and enablement materials.
