NielsenIQ is building a new PM Operations & AI Enablement group. We seek a Lead Product Manager to own a portfolio of internal AI-powered tools with real users, measurable adoption, and sunset decisions.

You will manage a cross-functional team through shared goals and artifacts, driving the strategy, architecture, and governance for AI tooling in product and engineering. The role focuses on strategy, portfolio management, AI-native product definitions, and adoption outcomes, with emphasis on

Formación

• Senior product leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.
• Experience leading and growing cross-functional teams, mentoring product and design practitioners.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver through people without direct reports, aligning stakeholders with different priorities.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping generative or agentic AI capabilities in live products.
• Working fluency in AI product practice: prompt design, retrieval, model evaluation.
• Experience defining and embedding operating practice in product ops, design ops and related standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define group vision, direction and 12-18 month roadmap.
• Prioritize portfolio and allocate capacity for multiple tools.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions with business case backing.
• Define AI tooling end-to-end product requirements and adoption plans.
• Specify AI-native requirements, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Lead adoption initiatives and evangelize across product and engineering.
• Coach and mentor product managers and designers.
