NIQ in Barcelona seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the portfolio for AI enablement tools, guiding end-to-end strategy and delivering measurable impact across product and engineering teams.

You will lead a cross-functional group of engineers and product colleagues, shaping a 12–18 month roadmap and a two‑to‑three year view on how AI transforms our ways of working, with a strong focus on adoption and governance.

Formación

• Enterprise B2B SaaS product leadership with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring PM/design practitioners.
• Hands-on AI product design and live product delivery including guardrails and evaluation.
• Ability to align stakeholders with different priorities to drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and 12–18 month roadmap for AI tooling.
• Prioritize portfolio and allocate capacity across tools.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions with solid business cases.
• Lead adoption and measure instrumented usage across teams.
• Coach and mentor product managers and designers.
