N-iX is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance. You will translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable productivity improvements.

Lead the design of AI architectures, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure governance and security requirements are met while delivering tangible business value.

Formación

• Experience in AI enablement and AI solution design.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation and workflows.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations and Governance.
• Translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions with business and technical experts.
• Define solution concepts, implementation approaches and priorities based on productivity impact.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external providers and the AI Solutions Engineer.
• Ensure alignment with governance, security requirements and technology standards.
• Drive adoption of implemented solutions within operational teams.
• Establish baselines and measure productivity improvements for each use case.
• Maintain the AI use-case roadmap with focus on measurable value.
