NIQ seeks a senior AI product leader to define and own the end-to-end AI tooling strategy for an enterprise B2B SaaS portfolio. You will shape problem statements, user journeys, and measurement plans while driving adoption and governance across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor product managers, set operating standards, and collaborate with Legal/Privacy/Security/IT to ensure responsible AI and compliant data practices. Fluent English is essential.

Formación

• Senior product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI tooling in live products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including product and design practitioners.
• Excellent written communication and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Define the group’s 12–18 month product vision and roadmap for AI tooling.
• Define end-to-end AI tooling with problem statements, user journeys, adoption paths, and measurement plans.
• Promote adoption through enablement sessions and demonstrations.
• Coach product managers and establish operating standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal/Privacy/Security/IT on data, model approvals, and responsible-AI standards.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams spanning product and design practitioners.
