Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH in Madrid seeks a Senior AI Forward-Deployed Engineer/Architect to own AI solution architectures and drive delivery on client engagements.

You will lead a small embedded squad, shape scoping with PEPI/CTS/FSI, and be the senior technical voice with client executives. A hands-on architect role, you will ensure security, data protection, and EU AI Act compliance while building reusable assets.

Formación

• Several years in software, data, or AI engineering with live systems.
• Deep experience in enterprise AI platforms and platform evaluation.
• Strong Python and modern LLM engineering; cost/latency management.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution architecture for AI engagements and post-handover operations.
• Lead a small embedded squad (2–3 engineers) ensuring quality and delivery pace.
• Shape work pre-engagement with client teams and stakeholders.
• Be the senior technical voice with client executives, navigating challenging messages.
• Build alongside the team with hands-on coding contributions.
