Job summary
Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in Barcelona, Spain. You will manage a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders and partnering with Account Executives to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
You will combine deep Lighthouse product knowledge with commercial judgment, identify risks and opportunities, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business value across AI-enabled offerings.
Qualifications
- Senior technical advisor with commercial orientation.
- Experience managing high-value accounts and driving adoption/retention.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Responsibilities
- Own technical relationship across complex accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives on strategy, renewal planning, and growth.
- Identify adoption gaps, risks, and expansion opportunities; support renewals with insights.
- Lead QBRs, adoption reviews, and executive engagements.
- Drive adoption of Ernest/Revenue Agent and AI capabilities across portfolios.
