Celonis is hiring a (Senior) AI Engineer to turn ideas into working AI agents within the Agentic Customer Journey Team. You’ll ship AI agents, automate workflows, and iterate rapidly from MVPs to production, collaborating closely with Product & Engineering.

You’ll own testing, document scalable patterns, and help shape the roadmap with a builder’s mindset. This role emphasizes hands-on experimentation with LLMs, agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, LangChain), and Celonis PQL, in a hybrid work setup

Formación

• AI-first mindset and eagerness to build with AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Core software skills: Python and SQL, Celonis PQL knowledge.
• Willingness to document best practices for scale.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI agents and automations per roadmap.
• Test product functionality with an AI-first mindset.
• Develop tools and automations for the customer journey.
• Collaborate with field teams to translate customer context into builds.
• Own MVP testing end-to-end with guidance when needed.
• Act as sparring partner to Celonauts across CCO.
