Cohere is hiring an Applied AI Engineer, focusing on Agents & Automations. You will build AI-powered product experiences, from interface design to evaluation and feedback loops, ensuring reliability in enterprise workflows.

You will collaborate with modelling, product, design, and customer teams to ship features that make AI interactions observable, trustworthy, and effective in real-world tasks.

Formación

• Shipped LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-assisted product experiences into production.
• Strong software engineering across backend systems and user-facing product, data, evals, and model behavior.
• Focus on user outcomes and system behavior, not just model metrics.
• Willing to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and collaborate across boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered product experiences that help users create, configure, evaluate, and improve workflows across North.
• Design and ship interfaces for interacting with models, including workflow builders and proactive assistants.
• Build eval, observability, and feedback systems to measure success in real enterprise workflows.
• Improve AI reliability through design, prompting, context construction, and instrumentation.
• Turn production feedback into better product behavior and stronger eval suites.
